Return & Refund Policy

At SSUSA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in accordance with U.S. consumer protection standards.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear

  • In original packaging with tags attached

Items showing signs of use, washing, deodorant marks, or damage may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email us with your order number and photos of the issue

If the claim is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label

  • A replacement or refund will be issued after the item is returned and inspected

  • SSUSA will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items

3. Exchanges

Customers may request one exchange per order.

For size or preference exchanges (not defects):

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Replacement items will ship after the returned item is received and inspected

Delivery time for replacements may vary based on location and availability.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Special-order or made-to-order items

  • Certain performance apparel or intimate-fit sportswear

If there is a quality issue with a customized product, please contact us and we will work toward a resolution.
