2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

If the claim is approved:

We will provide a prepaid return label

A replacement or refund will be issued after the item is returned and inspected

SSUSA will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
3. Exchanges
Customers may request one exchange per order.
For size or preference exchanges (not defects):

Delivery time for replacements may vary based on location and availability.
4. Refunds
